Back into the Division....

Starting tommorrow Atlanta will play 9 games against divisional opponets. Four at Philly before heading home for three against the Marlins and Mets. This stretch will most certainly tell who the season ends for the Braves. All of these games happen before the July 31st trade deadline. Ironicly the 31st is an off day for the team.

Oh well, we couldn't sweep the Cards after a 2.5 hour storm delay. Jason Sheill didn't pitch that badly considering whom it was against. One other thing, Jayson Stark reported on ESPN yesterday that the Braves are "aggressively" pursuing two releivers that could put them at the top of the wild card race. Stark didn't specify who the releivers were. So, until then we wait......
