Team USA Roster Finalized

The WBC is approaching fast and rosters have been finalized. Jeff Francoeur and Chipper Jones have both made the final cut. Here's how the depth chart shapes up.

Starters: Clemens, Willis, Peavy, Sabathia

Relievers: Lidge, Timlin, Wagner, Nathan, Chad Cordero, Fuentes, Sheilds, Todd Jones, Street, and Dan Wheeler

Catchers: Varitek, Barrett, Schneider

Infield: Chipper, Arod, Jeter, Teixeria, Utley, Young, Lee

Outfield: Damon, Francoeur, Griffey Jr., Wells, Wynn, Matt Holiday

Maybe 4 starters is enough, but I would have liked to add a fifth by subtracting a reliever. This team will train for 2 days at the D'Backs house starting March 3rd then play an exhibition game against the Giants on March 5th before play starts on the 7th. As of right now, Jake Peavy will start the opening game against Mexico.
