Braves @ Marlins Series Preview

Atlanta heads to south Florida, on the contingency that tropical storm Alberto doesn't rainout this series. The Braves have won only two of their last ten while the Marlins have won six of their last ten games. Atlanta has won 6 of their 7 games played against Florida this year, most recently a 4 game series sweep. To keep the winnings going will surely give a boost to a struggling team. The probables for the series are:

Tues: Smoltz (4-4 3.73) vs. Johnson (4-4 2.11)

Wed: Thomson (2-6 4.84) vs. Willis (3-6 4.32)

Thurs: Sosa (1-8 5.58) vs. Nolasco (4-3 3.33)

Boston heads to Atlanta for Friday's marquee matchup between ex-Marlin Josh Beckett and Hudson. Nothing will come more satisfying than the Braves sweeping or atleast winning 2/3 against the Marlins. Florida keeps improving over there lackluster start at the beginning of the year and might avoid the cellar at the end of the year.

**New poll has been added, Check it Out.
