The Closer: Bob Wickman

It's now official Bob Wickman has been traded to the Atlanta Braves for Max Ramirez. Ramirez you may know was a catcher at Single A Rome. Wickman will now become our closer for the rest of the year and probably will retire following the season.

A rumor making noise is over a deal that would send Jorge Sosa to the Cubs for Greg Maddux. I would take that in a heartbeat. The way the Braves are playing lately, Maddux would most certainly pickup some wins.
