Slumping Braves

The Braves are in a funk. Another loss to the Brew Crew for a second straight night. Just like the Nationals series spotty hitting and run support have hurt the team. Hudson cruised along last night until he hit a pothole in the sixth. Chipper Jones did return from the DL and went yard in his second at bat. Edgar Renteria is expected to return to the lineup Friday against the Mets. Today Atlanta will wrapup this series with a day game that will feature Jorge Sosa and Ben Sheets squaring off. Sosa is in much need of a good outing while Sheets also craves a solid start. After today, Atlanta flies back home and will have the day off tommorrow before a 5 game homestand with the Mets and Rockies. Today's game is at 1:05ET on TBS.
