What happened to Razor Shines?

I was looking through some cards and came across an '86 Topps card of Razor Shines. That has to be one of the coolest names I've ever heard of. Shines who's full name is Anthony Razor Shines played in the majors from 1983-1987 with the Montreal Expos. Early in the 1985 season an upcoming prospect was given the chance to start as Shines was later demoted; that prospect's name was Andres Galaragga. Shines did not shine in the majors only appearing 68 games, batting .185 with 0 HR's and 5 RBI's. Altough he had good success in the minor leagues as he had 134 HR's and over 700 RBI's. Where is he now? Currently Razor is a manager for one of the Chicago White Sox affiliates.
